The Opportunity
Tenure: Fixed term Contract for up to 3 years
You will play a vital role in advancing next-generation intelligent systems within the School of Computer Science and Informatics. Working closely with the Principal Investigator and academic collaborators, you will contribute to cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence, multimodal learning, and machine translation.
The role involves developing and fine-tuning large-scale language models, designing lightweight and adaptive translation frameworks, and deploying AI solutions in real-world settings.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI research, translating theoretical advances into practical, impactful technologies that bridge linguistic and modal boundaries.

We’re seeking a motivated and highly capable researcher with a strong background in AI, multimodal learning, and machine translation.
