The Role
We are recruiting to the role of Senior Registry Officer (Enrolment and Student Records) to join our friendly and supportive Registry team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering enrolment and student records operations that underpin the student lifecycle, while contributing to the continued development and improvement of Registry services across the University.
Key responsibilities will include leading and coordinating the operational delivery of enrolment and registration processes across the University’s intake points, ensuring activities are delivered effectively and in line with institutional timelines and regulations; overseeing the accuracy and completeness of enrolment data within the student records system and supporting the integrity of the student record; providing authoritative advice and guidance on enrolment processes and student records matters to colleagues across the University; and line managing Registry staff to ensure the delivery of a high-quality, responsive and student-focused service.
The successful candidate will have skills and experience in working within student records, Registry or academic administration in a higher education environment; managing complex operational processes and delivering services effectively during peak operational periods; leading or supervising staff and supporting teams to deliver high-quality administrative services; working confidently with student record systems and data to ensure accuracy and resolve issues; and building strong working relationships with colleagues across academic departments and professional services to support effective service delivery.
