The Role
We are recruiting to the role of Head of College to lead our supportive Southlands college team. This is an exciting time to join the team as we continue to develop and enhance the colleges relationships and position with the wider University and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include providing overall leadership to the Southlands college team, manage relationships with external bodies such as the Methodist Church and Susanna Wesley Foundation, represent the College and University at relevant internal and external committees, and hold overall budget responsibility for the college.
The successful candidate will have skills and experience in leading and managing a diverse team of staff and stakeholders, an understanding of the Methodist Church educational traditions and experience representing bodies at a national and international level.
