The People Analytics Manager role presents a strategic opportunity to lead and elevate the University’s HR analytics capability. Sitting within the HR Operations team, this position places you at the centre of transforming how people data is used across the institution, driving evidence‑based decision‑making and embedding a strong data culture.
Key Responsibilities
These include leading the People Analytics team and delivering high‑quality, customer‑focused insights that drive strategic decision‑making. You will shape and develop dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring analytics are accurate, impactful and aligned to organisational needs. You’ll oversee key statutory and regulatory returns, champion effective use of Oracle, Power BI and related systems, and work closely with Strategy and wider stakeholders to uphold consistent data standards. Bringing strong analytical expertise, you’ll promote best practice, support key projects, and safeguard data integrity in line with GDPR requirements.
