Do you enjoy dynamic, creative, and fast paced projects that will play a key role in shaping how students choose their university?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking Student Recruitment, Marketing & Communications team, driving delivery of some of the University’s most critical recruitment and marketing projects. As our Marketing & UK Recruitment Project Officer, you’ll work at the heart of major projects, from leading the planning and delivery of our annual Clearing operation, to coordinating cross University recruitment activity that directly support our ambitious UK student recruitment goals. You’ll collaborate widely, problem solve daily, and help transform how teams work together through effective project management and digital collaboration tools.
What you’ll be doing: - Leading the coordination and delivery of high profile recruitment projects, including Clearing. - Developing project plans, timelines and reporting to keep senior stakeholders informed and aligned. - Supporting marketing and recruitment campaigns across UK UG and PG audiences. - Acting as a key link between teams across the University, ensuring consistent communication and smooth project delivery. - Monitoring performance data and evaluating the impact of projects to shape future activity. - Helping improve how the department collaborates using MS Teams and project management tools.
What we’re looking for: You’ll bring strong organisational skills, confidence managing complex projects, and the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels. Experience of time critical operations such as Clearing is highly valuable, as is an understanding of the UK HE recruitment landscape.
Why join us? You'll be part of a supportive, ambitious and collaborative environment where your work has real impact directly influencing how prospective students experience our university and driving our recruitment success. No two days are the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills, lead meaningful projects and work alongside talented colleagues across marketing, recruitment and the wider University.
