We are seeking a new colleague to join the Research Strategy and Funding team in the Radcliffe Department of Medicine (RDM) as one of our Research Facilitators. This post is to cover the absence of the substantive postholder, who is taking a period of maternity leave. The post is available until July 2027. As a Research Facilitator you will provide professional support to researchers in the department who are applying for internal and external funding for their research such as providing them with timely information about upcoming funding opportunities, feedback on elements of their application, and managing internal peer review processes. You will also assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to support the career development of academic and research staff and to promote collaboration amongst researchers within the department.

Equally those with other backgrounds, excellent transferable skills and a strong interest are encouraged to apply, previous experience as a Research Facilitator is not essential.
