Join our Governance and Legal team as a Casework Administrator
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Casework Administrator to join our Governance and Legal team, part of the Chief Financial Officer Directorate. This is a key role supporting student casework processes, such as academic appeals and complaints, ensuring they are managed professionally, sensitively, and in accordance with University procedures.
In addition to handling casework, you'll assist the wider team with governance activities, including providing support for committees, boards, and panel meetings.

The Governance and Legal team plays a vital role in ensuring the University meets its legal, governance and regulatory responsibilities. Working closely with stakeholders across the University, the team supports the University’s corporate governance framework, information governance compliance and insurance activities, student casework management, the provision of legal services, and secretariat services to support the institution in achieving its mission and objectives.
