About the Bloomberg LSE European City Leadership Initiative
The Bloomberg LSE European City Leadership Initiative is a pioneering program to help mayors and their teams across the continent strengthen leadership skills, drive public sector innovation, and tackle complex urban challenges to deliver tangible results for residents in new ways.
About the role
The role will provide comprehensive administrative and participant facing support for the initiative’s funded programmes, including scholarships, PhD studentships and fellowship schemes.
The postholder will coordinate the full lifecycle of these programmes, from recruitment and selection through onboarding, programme engagement and alumni follow-up, and act as a key point of contact for applicants, students, fellows and partner institutions (including Bloomberg Philanthropies and the Hertie School). The role requires experience in coordinating multi‑stage processes in participant-facing service, excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management, along with a proactive and collaborative approach.
