Oxford Population Health (the Nuffield Department of Population Health, University of Oxford) is a global pioneer and leader in population health science. The department has over 1000 staffs, students and academic visitors who work together to investigate the causes and prevention of disease and lead human health forward.
As a Research Support Officer within the Leverhulme Centre for Demographic Science (LCDS), you will support the Centre’s training, research support and engagement infrastructure, ensuring efficiency, compliance and measurable impact. You will oversee the administration and continuous development of the Centre’s short course portfolio, provide technical support on aspects such as research survey design and contribute to digital and AI-enabled workflow development. You will also support the organisation and promotion of Centre events and seminars, maintain digital communications and engagement channels and contribute to the Centre’s wider partnership and outreach activities.
To be considered, you will be educated to degree or have equivalent professional experience. You will have experience supporting structured activities such as training programmes, workshops or stakeholder engagement events, familiarity with digital tools for managing datasets, workflows and reporting processes and the ability to support survey design and compliant data collection.
The position is full time (part time considered) and fixed term for 2 years.
