We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with commitment, flexibility, and a passion for customer care. You should be able to deliver excellent service, work independently and as part of a team, and be confident supporting general facility operations, event set-up and delivery, and providing safe supervision of customers.

This post is offered on a permanent contract, with the following 4-week rolling shift pattern. 

Week 1

Tues 0630-1445, Weds 1100-1915, Thurs 1100-1915 and Fri 1100-1915.

Week 2

Mon 1430-2245, Tues 1430-2245, Weds 1430-2245, Thurs 1400-2245 and Fri 1430-2245.

Week 3

Mon 1100-1915, Tues 1100-1915, Thurs 1100-1915, Sat 0730-1500 and Sun 0730-1500.

Week 4

Mon 0630-1445, Weds 0630-1445, Thurs 0630-1515, Fri 0630-1445, Sat 1445-2215 and Sun 1445-2215.

All staff employed at Levels 1-3 will be eligible to claim unsocial hours (hours worked between 10pm and 6am) and weekend working enhancements. This payment will take the form of a 15% uplift for any time worked between 10pm and 6am and any hour(s) worked on a Saturday or Sunday.
