About the role

The Blavatnik School of Government is looking to recruit a Programme Manager to support the effective delivery of the Economic Policy Network (EPN)’s work.

Reporting to the EPN Managing Director and the CSAE Executive Director, your work will involve managing progress in multiple workstreams simultaneously. Day-to-day work will include budget management, supplier contract negotiations, external communications, the maintenance of EPN’s online presence, and shepherding EPN’s various outputs through the production process.

You will be involved with projects at every stage, developing and retaining an overview of the programme’s guiding principles. You will also assume responsibility for a small portfolio of CSAE projects held at the School.

About you

You will need to demonstrate substantial experience in project or programme management in a research or policy environment, and in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with multiple funding sources. You will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, strong financial literacy and proficiency in grant management. Knowledge of research funding and philanthropic funding landscapes, and passion for international development and for improving lives around the world through effective public policy are also essential.

Application process

Please upload a supporting statement that outlines how you meet the selection criteria in your own words, along with your CV and the details of two referees as part of your online application.

The closing date for applications is at 12 noon (UK time) on Friday 10 April 2026.

Interviews will take place during week commencing 20 April 2026.
