You will be part of the Library Staff Resources team, taking specific responsibility for assistance with the full range of staff-related activities, including recruitment, induction, appraisals (ARCs) and staff development activities. You will act as Executive Assistant to the Deputy University Librarian. In addition, you will provide some data analytics support to the Library Leadership Team.
You will work closely with the rest of the Library Administrative team to provide a high standard of support for library staff on all campuses and in particular work closely with the EA to the University Librarian and Director of Library Services, providing cover for one another, as required.
What you would be doing:
The role is busy and you must be able to work efficiently, both independently and with others, providing information, project management and support, and workable solutions to issues as required. You must have the requisite communication skills to be able to deal effectively, confidentially and diplomatically, with complex situations.
What we are looking for:
You will have significant experience of Human Resources administration. Ideally, you will also have experience as an Executive Assistant who has worked with staff at the most senior level of organisations. You must be a proactive self-starter who is able to anticipate what support might be needed, on a day-to-day basis and as circumstances change.

This is a full time, open ended contract based at South Kensington campus (hybrid) with travel to other campuses.
A minimum of 40% time on site, preferably to include Fridays.
