Contract: Two part-time positions (18.25 hours for each role), Permanent
Shift patterns will vary depending on the time of year and will be shared between two staff members. During term time, shifts will be from 16:00 to 22:15, and during out-of-term/holiday periods, from 13:21 to 19:00.

About the Role
As a Facilities Support Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operation of the building by carrying out a variety of practical and customer-facing tasks.
Your responsibilities will include routine building checks, minor DIY maintenance tasks, reporting faults through estates systems, and assisting with room setups for meetings and events. You may also support basic security duties such as opening and locking buildings, and help maintain shared areas including kitchens, toilets, and external spaces.
This is a varied role where flexibility and teamwork are important. Training will be provided, including areas such as first aid, manual handling, safety procedures, and the use of University systems.
