About the role:
We are seeking an Education Programmes Officer (maternity leave) to support the continued growth and delivery of the education portfolio at the Grantham Institute – Climate Change and the Environment. The Institute’s mission is to contribute to, and lead on, world-class research, training and innovation towards effective action on climate change and the environment. Education is central to this mission, and this role will play a pivotal part in developing and delivering programmes that equip the next generation of climate leaders.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on a range of programmes.
What you would be doing:
You will support a number of education programmes, including the Masters in Cleantech Innovation, the Masters in Climate Change Management and Finance, an undergraduate I-Explore module and various bespoke programmes. This will involve working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Your main role will be supporting the MSc Cleantech Innovation, for which you would work closely with the Course Directors and colleagues in Dyson School of Design Engineering. For all courses, you will be expected to organise, manage and deliver certain aspects of the programme and deal with day-to-day student procedures.
You will also be a key point within the Grantham Institute for engaging with students across Imperial around climate change and the environment.
