This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
The University of Leeds is undergoing a significant digital transformation to enhance how we engage, recruit, and support our online learners. As part of this journey, we have implemented HubSpot as our core CRM platform, providing an integrated, data-driven approach to marketing, recruitment, and student support activity.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep CRM expertise - ideally including HubSpot - to lead the strategic development, configuration, optimisation, and cross-University adoption of the platform. You will play a critical role in shaping digital engagement strategies and ensuring HubSpot effectively supports Online Learning objectives across marketing, recruitment, and student experience.
This role requires a proactive and influential professional with strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to lead complex CRM initiatives across multiple service areas in a large and complex organisation.
