Salary: Competitive starting salary range from £35,574 up to £40,435 (dependent on experience) with the potential to progress. A discretionary range for candidates with exceptional experience can be discussed/considered.

This role is based at Coventry University London Campus, based in Middlesex Street, close to Liverpool Street station.
The Role
As Employer Engagement Lead you will play a pivotal role in securing industry partnerships and integrating professional opportunities for Coventry University students in the UK and overseas.
You will be responsible for fostering relationships with employers, alumni, and industry bodies to create sustainable placement, internship and employment opportunities and collaborating with internal colleagues to ensure that work-based learning aligns with the curriculum at Coventry University London and enhances student progression and graduate outcomes.

The successful candidate will evidence the excellent networking, relationship building and negotiation skills required to generate sustainable placement, internship, and graduate employment opportunities.
You will demonstrate a strong track record of building and maintaining business relationships with employers or clients, coupled with an understanding of Higher Education, graduate recruitment and employer markets.
A strong commercial awareness and understanding of employer needs is also essential to build high value industry partnerships.
