Wolfson College, University of Oxford, is seeking to appoint a confident, proactive, and highly reliable Lodge Supervisor to help lead the operations of our busy College Lodge.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role at the heart of a vibrant graduate community. The Lodge is the first point of contact for students, Fellows, staff, visitors, and contractors, and the Lodge Supervisor plays a vital part in ensuring a professional, welcoming, and secure environment for all.
Working closely with the Lodge Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of the College Lodge and its associated services. You will contribute to fostering an inclusive, supportive culture where every member of our community feels respected, safe, and valued. The Lodge team plays a particularly important role in student welfare, and we are looking for someone who can help maintain a positive environment in which students feel comfortable seeking support whenever needed.
The starting salary is £32,620 per annum for a 37.5-hour week. This includes a basic salary of £30,890 per annum and the Oxford Weighting of £1,730 per annum.
