The role
The University of Surrey is seeking a proactive and collaborative Faculty Marketing Coordinator. Reporting to the Faculty Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of innovative marketing projects that enhance the applicant journey and support student recruitment across both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
Working within an exciting faculty environment, you will collaborate closely with academics, students and professional services colleagues to deliver strategic marketing activity that showcases the Faculty’s diverse subject areas. You will support the coordination of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, contributing to campaign planning and delivery, ensuring all activity is delivered to a high standard.
Acting as a central point of contact for marketing within the Faculty’s schools, you will ensure clear and effective communication between the Faculty and central marketing teams. Building and nurturing strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels will be essential, and you will be a trusted and reliable contact for colleagues across the Faculty. Relationship management is a core element of the role, so experience of client and/or stakeholder management is highly beneficial.
