Location: Hammersmith Campus, with regular presence at stakeholder institutions, primarily UCL, Bloomsbury London.
About the role:
An exciting opportunity to manage a world-leading research project striving to fundamentally change how we prevent respiratory viral infections. This project ultimately aims to create an entirely new class of medicines that leverages the innate immune system to provide long-lasting, broad protection against many different viruses which has the potential to transform global health.
What you would be doing:
This is a pivotal role at the heart of the project; you will provide essential operational and administrative support to ensure its success. You will be responsible for the effective management and financial oversight of the award, including overseeing administrative processes, coordinating funder reporting, organising project events, and maintaining clear and effective communication between Imperial and its key stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
You are a highly motivated, organised, and proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills and sound judgement. You will be confident managing competing priorities, solving complex problems, and knowing when to escalate issues appropriately. Strong project and financial management skills are essential, along with the ability to drive progress and ensure all activities are delivered in line with strict timelines.

This is a full-time post. This role is for a fixed-term contract until 31 May 2030.
Hybrid working pattern available: 4 days per week on-site initially, with a review to consider reducing to 3 days per week on-site in due course.
