The University of Strathclyde is a leading international technological university located in the heart of Glasgow. Inspired by our founding principle as “a place of useful learning,” our mission is to make a positive impact on our students, society, and the world.
The Disability & Wellbeing Service plays a central role in supporting disabled students across the University. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join the Service as Student Experience Co‑ordinator (Service Support). This role will support the smooth running, administration, and financial management of the Non‑Medical Personal Help (NMPH) provision and wider disability support arrangements.
Working closely with the Disability & Wellbeing Team Leader and the Student Experience Helpdesk Manager, the postholder will ensure that all operational, administrative, and financial processes for the delivery of disability-related support are effective, robust, and student‑centred.
A key focus of the role will be the oversight of financial and operational activities related to NMPH provision, including processing invoices, monitoring budgets, managing payroll processes, and reclaiming costs from external funding bodies. The postholder will also produce management information to support planning, forecasting, and service improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a high‑impact service and contribute to the University’s commitment to inclusion, accessibility, and a high‑quality student experience.
