About the role
The Department of Marketing, Communications & External Affairs is seeking a highly ambitious CRM Data Officer to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the University of Bath’s recruitment and marketing activity.
Based in the central Student Marketing team, the position requires collaboration with various University teams such as Faculty Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions, Outreach, and Events. You will support these teams by providing prospect data, CRM user support, and reporting on enquiry management and marketing activity.
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our CRM data and providing management information from our platforms. This data and reporting informs marketing and recruitment decisions and provide insights to senior partners across the University.
We are looking for a great teammate to support the Marketing Manager (CRM) and other senior partners. This role involves monitoring system performance and efficiency against University strategic objectives, service standards, and marketing targets.
As a CRM Data Officer, you will build reporting dashboards for key collaborators and deliver training to enable local teams to analyse data independently.
The ideal candidate will maintain robust protocols and procedures for managing CRM data while finding opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement.
