Are you ready to leave the lecture theatre behind? At NMITE (New Model Institute for Technology and Engineering), we don’t just teach engineering: we live it. We’ve replaced traditional silos and closed-book exams with a high-intensity, studio-based model that prioritises “learning by doing.”
Having celebrated our first graduating cohort in 2025, we are now entering a major growth phase. We are looking for academics who want to escape the administrative “noise” of traditional HE and help us refine the NMITE Way.
