Norwich Business School is entering an exciting period of growth as we progress toward Triple Crown Accreditation, and we are seeking a Senior Business Performance and Operations Manager who can contribute to the School’s evolution.

This role is ideal for a motivated leader with strong operational and people leadership experience who is looking for a position that will stretch, challenge, and elevate their capabilities.

You will play a key role in shaping how the Business School develops. You will work in strategic partnership with the Head of School and Senior Leadership Team, leading operational priorities and informing the School’s direction with expert professional insight. Your leadership will be central to strengthening the student experience, improving our ways of working, and building the operational foundations needed for sustainable growth.

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, clarity, and a genuine passion for developing others.
