Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Faculty Finance Managers in operational financial management services across the faculty.
  • Provide support by managing the faculty’s research budgets
  • Provide guidance to staff and students on the faculty’s purchasing and staff expenses.
  • Support the Faculty Finance Managers with budget monitoring
  • Assist other finance team members as needed.

  • have excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders.
  • have strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include Power Automate.
  • have experience of reviewing how things work, making them better, and putting improved processes in place that people can follow.

Further information

This is a full-time role although part-time hours (0.8fte) will be considered for the right candidate. 

We operate a hybrid working model with a mix of on-campus and remote work.
