This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our committed and innovative team in the design, leadership and delivery of our multi-professional postgraduate education provision within the School of Allied Health Professions and Nursing. The successful applicant will be required to undertake relevant research and scholarly activity, in alignment with the University's ambitions.
You should hold a V300 prescribing professional qualification and be registered with either the HCPC or NMC in addition to having a recognised teaching qualification. Educational experience in a clinical setting or higher education institution is essential. Knowledge of issues affecting contemporary healthcare education and workforce development, evidence of research/scholarly output and understanding of teaching practice are essential attributes. You should possess a Master's degree in a relevant subject or be studying towards one and have experience of non-medical prescribing, curricula development and assessment.
The post is available for 18 months on a fixed term basis.
For informal enquiries please contact Dr Sharon Roberts, email: sharon.roberts@liverpool.ac.uk
Although the university has a hybrid working system, the expectation is that the successful applicant appointed to this role will be expected to work more than 50% on campus.
