We are looking for a proactive, organised and student focused Student Money Support Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes, working collaboratively and using digital tools to work smarter. You will play an important role in supporting students through key funding processes, managing information accurately and delivering clear, empathetic guidance to students and colleagues.

This is a forward-looking operational role where you will use Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Teams, SharePoint and Copilot to streamline workflows, maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement. You will work closely with colleagues across Student Experience, Information Services and external partners to ensure our funding related processes remain accurate, efficient and student centred.

We welcome applications from candidates with strong transferable skills, attention to detail and confidence using digital tools. Prior specialist experience with SAAS or the Student Loans Company is not required; full training will be provided, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic policy environment is essential.
