This post is full time, 35 hours per week and is fixed term until 19 November 2026.
This position is maternity cover for a fixed term period.
Although this is a fixed-term position, it offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience, meet new people, and expand your professional network in a dynamic and supportive environment.
This is a diverse role based within Westminster Business School. You will be involved in various activities integral to the daily functioning of the College, including document production, assistance with College committees, and the upkeep of office management systems and processes.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly and positive demeanour while working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Key requirements include strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise tasks, and a flexible approach to managing changing workloads. Candidates should possess a solid educational background, coupled with administrative experience, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is also a prerequisite.
This position is primarily centred around providing essential support to academic colleagues within the Westminster Business School.
