We are seeking to appoint a Research Associate to join the Ryten Group at the UK Dementia Research Institute at the University of Cambridge.
The post is available on a fixed-term basis for 2 years.
The major purpose of this postdoctoral position is to establish, optimise, and apply experimental platforms for the development and validation of cell-selective antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) therapeutics for neurodegenerative disease. The successful candidate will work within a translational research programme integrating long-read transcriptomics, computational target prioritisation, and experimental validation in neuronal and glial cellular models. This role will contribute directly to the development of precision RNA therapeutics and to the UK DRI's mission of accelerating translational impact for patients.
