University College Cork wishes to appoint an academic to the role of Lecturer in Supply Chain/Operations Management. Triple accredited by EQUIS, AMBA and AACSB, a PRME Champion and holding an Athena Swan Award, Cork University Business School seeks to shape leaders for a sustainable future and is committed to providing a dynamic, supportive and inclusive learning, teaching, research and working environment, which recognises the diverse backgrounds and interests of both students and staff.
The Lecturer (Across the Bar) in Supply Chain/Operations Management will demonstrate a track record of relevant research and teaching experience. Candidates will have successfully published in journals of international standing and demonstrate ongoing potential to do so (publications in CABS 3 and 4 star ranked journals such as Journal of Operations Management, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, Journal of Supply Chain Management and Production and Operations Management are preferred). Candidates must also demonstrate their experience and/or potential in delivering high quality teaching in the relevant disciplinary areas management across undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Candidates should set out how their research may contribute to one or more of the UCC Futures and/or the school’s new strategic research centre centred on the Future of Work and the Economy

Below the Bar: €42,602 - €73,177 (Scale B) / €44,669 - €69,631 (Scale A).
Above the Bar: €79,976 - €103,575 (Scale B) / €76,091 - €98,394 (Scale A)
Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
