About the role
Campus Services plays a vital role in creating an excellent experience for our students, staff, and visitors. From hospitality and security to retail and accommodation, our teams keep the university moving. To support these teams, we’re looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Training Coordinator to help ensure our workforce is skilled, confident, and ready to deliver exceptional service.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Campus Services HR team, supporting the development and delivery of training across a large, diverse, and friendly department.
As our Training Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of maintaining accurate training records, managing the planning and promotion of training activities, and supporting the development of our Training Academy portal. You’ll be a key point of contact for staff and managers with training-related queries, working closely with the Campus Services Training Lead.

This role is offered on a part-time basis, Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 5:20pm, and is a permanent position (0.8 FTE).
