About the role:
As IT and AV Support Officer you will be responsible for day-to-day delivery of front-line exemplary customer services supporting the implementation and delivery of all University IT services, systems and solutions. You will be working in an ITIL aligned organisation as part of the Service Desk across different University locations. As part of the Customer Services Team, you will be joining a large, busy team that plays a key part in our wider IT department and within the University.

Specifically this role will be joining the Asset and Configuration team, this position will be directly supporting our refresh of hardware assets across the organisation, focusing on agile work spaces.
Working Arrangements:
We support hybrid working. While our team is based at the Headington Campus in Oxford, we are happy to explore flexible arrangements that balance remote work with time spent on campus to foster team engagement and collaboration. There is an expectation to be on campus at least four days per week; this will fluctuate depending on operational needs.
