Founded in 1882, The Royal College of Music (RCM) is a world leading music conservatoire with a prestigious history and contemporary outlook. The College has held global first and second positions in Performing Arts for five successive years, while Music is a new subject introduced to the rankings in 2024.
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic, efficient and experienced Events and Alumni Coordinator to join us as we grow and develop our supporter and alumni engagement offer.
The post holder will work as part of a small team responsible for delivering supporter cultivation and stewardship, fundraising and alumni engagement events to the highest standards. They will be responsible for coordinating, planning and delivering the Development and Alumni Engagement events offering, and working with colleagues to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of all events with a professional, considerate approach and exceptional customer service. The post holder will also support the small Events team in the growing Venue Hire business.
The successful candidate will have impeccable organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work well on concurrent projects and to deadlines.
This post is offered on a full-time, permanent basis and is immediately available.
