About the role
The role will facilitate and ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Business School, as well as oversee and manage complex projects within the remit of ‘operations.’ The role will work closely with members of the Professional Services and Faculty Senior Leadership Team, to support the delivery of the School’s objectives, via all matters arising in relation to the area of operations. A degree of creativity and innovativeness is welcome in this role, as the post holder will be encouraged to identify opportunities for continues improvement through operational aspects of the functioning of the School, as well as event logistics and planning
About you
You will have demonstrable experience with regards to HR, finance, health & safety and infrastructure. The ability to successfully manage stakeholders of all levels is imperative to this role as well as a track record of delivering excellent customer service, ideally in relation to students and academics.
