University of Cambridge - Judge Business School, Central Cambridge

Location: Cambridge
Salary: £33,951 to £39,906 per annum
Hours: Full Time
Contract Type: Permanent
Placed On: 24th April 2026

Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS) is one of the world's leading business schools, situated at the heart of the University of Cambridge. We are home to the Cambridge MBA, a rigorous and highly regarded 12-month programme that attracts exceptional post-experience professionals from over 40 nationalities worldwide. With an average GMAT of 690 and a cohort average age of 29, our MBA students are among the most talented and ambitious in the world. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team that makes it all possible.

We are seeking an outstanding Senior Teaching Support Lead to play a pivotal role in the operational delivery of the Cambridge MBA. This is a varied, fast-paced, and genuinely impactful position, sitting at the very heart of the programme and working closely with teaching faculty, programme leadership, and a wide range of University stakeholders. If you thrive in a complex, high-achieving environment and take pride in delivering excellence, this could be the perfect role for you.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the full teaching support function, including timetabling across a broad portfolio of core courses, workshops, electives, and concentration courses. You will manage all aspects of teaching assistant provision across a wide range of courses each year, oversee assessment planning and operations across a significant number of formal submission points, and ensure the smooth running of the Virtual Learning Environment and working closely with the Digital Learning Team. You will also play a key role in budget management, data analysis, and the continuous improvement of processes that underpin the student experience.

This role demands someone who can work with a high degree of independence, exercise sound judgement, and manage competing priorities with calm efficiency. You will be a confident communicator, equally at ease advising students on assessment processes as you are presenting operational data to the Programme Director. Your attention to detail will be exceptional, and your commitment to the student experience unwavering.

The ideal candidate will bring experience of working in a higher education administrative or programme management role, alongside strong organisational and analytical skills and a confident command of Microsoft Office. An understanding of VLE platforms such as Moodle or Canvas would be a distinct advantage, as would experience of working with diverse, international student cohorts.
