Student Money Adviser

As a Student Money Adviser, you provide a range of support and information to applicants and students as they navigate their student journey.

The Student Money Adviser helps applicants and students understand complex information from a variety of sources, such as Student Finance regulations and Housing Law.

We are looking for someone who with a strong case working background, who is a confident and clear communicator.

This is a full-time, one-year fixed-term position with a starting salary of £39,407 per annum.

The role is primarily based at our Penrhyn Road campus with a minimum of three days onsite.

An Enhanced DBS check is required for this position.

Interviews will be held onsite at the Penrhyn Road Campus and are expected to be held on Monday 12 October 2026.

This post is available to cover maternity leave and is expected to be held for the full duration. However, should the substantive post-holder choose to return to work earlier, this appointment may be terminated, subject to a one-month notice period.
