The Department of Psychology is seeking to appoint a lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Developmental Psychology to contribute to, develop and enhance the research and teaching activities of the school independently, and as part of a team, through professional practice and expertise.
The Department of Psychology is closely allied with Institute of Health and Neurodevelopment. Our world-class research facilities include:
Candidates may be in the early stages of their academic career but should demonstrate an established track record of research excellence and publications appropriate for their stage. Candidates should also possess a track record in securing research funding, or the potential to attract such funding, with a clear ambition to develop programmes of research that will be recognised internationally as excellent.
The successful candidate will join an open and inclusive community of Psychologists, contributing to the delivery of accredited undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Psychology. Some experience of teaching at undergraduate or postgraduate level would be welcomed.
