The role
This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has an interest in marketing and student recruitment to play an integral role in the information, advice and guidance we provide to our prospective students and their key influencers.
We are looking for a well-organised, enthusiastic individual with strong communication skills who can work independently to help us recruit the next generation of creatives to Chelsea, Camberwell and Wimbledon College of Arts, UAL.
The role holder will work with the Student Marketing and Recruitment team to support across a range of marketing and recruitment activity from in person and online events, third party referral websites and maintaining and refreshing webpage content (across internal and external channels).
In addition, the role will provide support to the Head of Student Marketing and Recruitment, contributing to planning, implementation, and day-to-day activities for the team.
About you
You’ll possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and will use them across a range of stakeholders from prospective students and academics to administrative staff. You are approachable, you have a can-do attitude and thrive in a busy environment.
You will need to be highly organised and able to work on multiple concurrent tasks as both a team player and when working independently.
Strong organisational and administrative skills and the ability to prioritise will be necessary, as is the ability to take on ad hoc tasks with a professional approach, remaining calm and assured under pressure.
You are confident working with the full suite of software involved in administration including Outlook for diary management, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ideally, you will have an interest and/or experience within the creative arts, performance or education sector, and have an eagerness to learn about the courses on offer at Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon College of Arts.
