Trinity Business School is an internationally ranked innovative business school, and is part of Trinity College Dublin, Ireland’s oldest and highest-ranking university. The School is Triple Accredited by AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS.
It also holds an Athena Swan Bronze Award in recognition of its achievement in the area of gender balance. The Business School is housed in a contemporary, eco-conscious structure on the Trinity campus, adjacent to major international business hubs, especially those in the finance and digital business sectors.
Trinity Business School seeks to appoint an Assistant Professor in Social Innovation who embodies an engaged, impact-oriented academic profile, combining scholarship with programme leadership, external engagement, and societal contribution.
Aligned with our mission of “Transforming Business for Good,” this role is designed for candidates who operate at the interface of academia, policy, and practice, and who are motivated to build initiatives, partnerships, and programmes that deliver tangible impact.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in areas such as social innovation, philanthropy, community engagement, public or non-profit management, and cross-sector collaboration.
Post Status: 5 Year Fixed Term Tenure-Track
Salary: Appointment will be made on Assistant Professor Salary Scale (109) commensurate with qualifications / experience and in line with Public Sector Pay Policy [€43,425 to €103,582 per annum]
