Customer Service – Frontline Services

What will you be doing?
As part of our Frontline Services team, you will work in a dedicated, customer-facing team, based across one of our four Student Service Centres. The focus of your role will be delivering a high-quality service to support students throughout their time at the university.
You will provide support to students on live chat, on our enquiry management system, or in person, depending on what the student needs.
As a member of our Customer Service team, you will be motivated to deliver high standards of service. We are looking for someone who:
You will be required to work on campus every day to support the in-person student experience, this role does not allow for hybrid working.

Work patterns fall between 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
