Part of the Graduate Admissions and Recruitment Office, the Operations team supports applicants throughout the admissions journey while working closely with more than 70 academic departments and 45 colleges and permanent private halls. As a high-volume operation handling over 40,000 applications and 25,000 enquiries annually, the team plays a vital role in ensuring the successful enrolment of exceptional graduate students.

About the Role
This role is central to delivering an excellent experience for applicants and colleagues involved in graduate admissions. Working closely with the Head of Graduate Admissions Operations, you will lead a team of operations administrators and ensure admissions processes are delivered efficiently, accurately and within key deadlines.
You will oversee planning and monitoring across the admissions cycle, using data to allocate resources, identify risks and support effective decision-making. You will drive continuous improvement, ensuring processes remain efficient, well documented and responsive to changing needs.
The role also involves working with colleagues across the University to develop improvements to policies, systems and processes, managing the senior Graduate Admissions Committee, and configuring and maintaining complex admissions systems to support operational effectiveness.
