Customer Care Assistant

• We are looking for someone experienced in delivering a high-quality hospitality service who is confident and capable of organising a team around the needs of a flexible and constantly evolving business.
• You will be a confident communicator able to facilitate and organise requests from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Your customer service skills will be excellent, providing a welcoming and professional environment for a wide range of staff, students and external stakeholders.
• You will collaborate effectively with the hospitality team of customer care assistants reporting to the Hospitality Coordinator, maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment for the team and wider business.
• You will have the opportunity to learn new IT skills in order to support the Hospitality Coordinator with ordering and scheduling.
• The role has the potential for development into a wider events-based function with The AMRC’s ever increasing demand for technology driven business development events.
• This would be the ideal role for someone enthusiastic about providing a positive customer experience and looking to work within a varied hospitality role.
