  • You will act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing a professional and efficient interface for the Centre.
  • You will also provide administrative and financial support to help deliver research and operational objectives, ensuring the Centre continues to run effectively and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders
  • Manage diaries, meetings, and competing priorities
  • Organise events, workshops, and visits
  • Support administrative and financial processes
  • Maintain efficient office operations
  • Work closely with academic and professional services colleagues

Who we’re looking for

  • You will be educated to degree level or equivalent experience and bring proven experience in administration or office coordination.
  • You will be highly organised, calm under pressure, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively and build effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience in a higher education, research, or innovation environment would be an advantage, but is not essential.
  • As this role involves coordinating complex activities, experience in stakeholder engagement and the delivery of events and initiatives will be highly valuable.
