The School of Health Sciences at the University of Southampton is offering a unique opportunity for an experienced occupational therapist with a passion for education to join the occupational therapy programme team. You will contribute to the development, delivery and evaluation of teaching within our highly valued pre-registration BSc occupational therapy programme, which is one of the nationally leading undergraduate courses.
We are looking for someone who shares our passion for high-quality occupational therapy education and has a strong vision for how education and research can transform health care. You will have an appreciation of issues facing contemporary higher education, clinical practice and health and social care services nationally.
This Senior Teaching Fellow (STF) roll is on an education-led pathway. Please see the job descriptions attached for more details of the key qualifications and skills. The role level is dependent on education experience and expertise. You will have or be working towards an MSc with clinical expertise (band 6 level or above) in occupational therapy and experience as an educator in University and/or clinical practice.
