This project aims to evaluate a structured 12-week education and support program to Improve post-discharge transition for people newly diagnosed with heart failure.
The role requires a post-doctoral research assistant to work with Dr Tracey McConnell and Professor Joanne Reid at Queen’s University Belfast Northern Ireland. The role requires the successful candidate to lead on the evaluation with support from other members of the team; producing the research outputs and wider dissemination (e.g. presentations, report and journal article). This is an excellent opportunity for an early career post-doctoral health services researcher or social scientist with mixed methods, co-design and PPI experience, and a knowledge of palliative care and/or heart failure, to work within an experienced team.
