This is an exciting time to be joining Digital Services at Leeds Beckett University. Within Digital Services, we underpin the mission-critical activities of the university to deliver teaching, learning, research and professional services by developing innovative and agile technology solutions. We aspire to be a trusted partner within the University, helping to make the right decisions to enable the university to compete in the Digital Age. We don’t just ‘do the technology’, it’s how we do it: we’re aligned to the University’s values and we’re a people first team. Relationships and partnerships are vital to our success, and we are excited to be engaging on a new fit-for-the-future roadmap, with a renewed focus on security, nimbleness, high performance and value driven delivery.
We are currently seeking an experienced Integration Architect (Reporting & Insight) to establish and lead a dedicated Build capability for data integration relating to Reporting & Insight. This role will be central to shaping how systems are integrated across the University, ensuring that integration solutions are designed, governed and delivered in line with architectural principles, security standards and strategic priorities.
The successful candidate will work with a wide range of stakeholders across Digital Services, project teams and the wider University to shape integration approaches, define standards and embed a consistent, scalable and secure integration model. This includes leading the design and implementation of integration solutions into SALT stack (Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau) and associated technologies, while ensuring that build activity is delivered through a controlled, sustainable and future-facing capability.
