We are committed to equality, diversity and inclusion, creating a community where colleagues feel respected and valued. We aim to reflect the diversity of our students and communities, and to strengthen our university through collaboration and diverse perspectives, across all roles at the University.
We are looking to recruit a CRM and Data Officer to support our busy and ambitious Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement team as we prepare for our first major fundraising campaign. High quality data, insight and reporting underpin effective fundraising and alumni engagement, and this role will be central to maximising the value of our newly implemented CRM, Salesforce Education Cloud. The postholder will act as a data champion, maintaining data quality and governance while producing dashboards and reports that drive evidence-based decision-making. Working closely with fundraisers, alumni engagement colleagues and central product teams, the postholder will help translate business needs into actionable insight that directly supports fundraising strategy and planning.
Background
Founded in 1927, the University of Hull has a long and proud history. Through our teaching, research and civic engagement, we are helping to shape and deliver the future prosperity of our region and far beyond.
Our global alumni community, now more than 190,000, is an integral part of our community. The Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement team is the link between the University and our alumni and supporters, providing bespoke engagement opportunities that build connections and raise philanthropic funding.
