Job description

As we continue to expand our digital capabilities, we are seeking a professional and experienced Head of IT Support Services to lead the strategic development, resilience, and security of our technical support services.
The role is responsible for ensuring reliable, efficient, and responsive IT support for staff and students, aligned to institutional priorities, digital transformation programmes, and service excellence standards.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience of working as a leader within IT Service roles, and will have managed and lead high performing teams, projects and change across institutions.
