The University of Winchester is seeking an experienced and inspiring estates professional to join us as Head of Projects & Estate Management.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the strategic management, development and enhancement of a diverse university estate, playing a key role in delivering projects that support an outstanding student and staff experience.
Reporting into the senior leadership team within Estates & Facilities Services (EFS), you will provide leadership across our Projects and Estate Management functions, ensuring the effective planning, delivery and management of capital projects, property assets and estate strategies. You will lead a small talented team of professionals and work closely with colleagues across the University to ensure our estate continues to support our ambitious organisational goals.
