The University Finance team is committed to delivering a high-quality service supporting the University in achieving its strategic goals to be financially sustainable and responsible. We are currently looking for a Financial Operations Assistant with excellent communication skills who shares our aspirations and wants to make a real difference in this exciting role. You will be a key member of the team and will work across both the purchase ledger and sales ledger team, assisting with processing invoices, recording income against debtors account whilst supporting the team with debt chasing. The role is customer focused requiring excellent communication skills to deal with internal and external enquiries. You will be proactive in delivering a high-quality service with a commitment to continuous improvement and responsive to change
You should have recent purchase ledger and sales ledger experience. Good IT skills are essential, and you must have excellent organisational skills, be able to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines.
