Job Title: CPPE Regional Tutor (Band 8a, Fixed Term)

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a CPPE Regional Tutor. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality continuing professional development (CPD) for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians across the region. You will support workforce development through innovative learning activities within a dynamic and inclusive environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Planning, delivering and facilitating face-to-face and online learning events, workshops and CPD programmes for pharmacy professionals
  • Identifying local learning needs and working with stakeholders to design and deliver relevant educational opportunities
  • Promoting CPPE learning resources, including open learning, e-learning and assessment programmes
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including NHS organisations, professional bodies and local networks
  • Supporting and line managing event tutors and contributing to regional planning and CPPE activities

About You
We encourage applications from individuals with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. You should demonstrate:

Essential Criteria:

  • Pharmacist or pharmacy technician registered with the GPhC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to plan, deliver and facilitate learning to groups, both face-to-face and online
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload, deadlines and multiple activities independently
  • Commitment to supporting professional development and improving learning outcomes in healthcare

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in delivering or supporting education, training or CPD activities
  • Experience working collaboratively with NHS organisations, professional bodies or healthcare stakeholders
  • Experience using digital learning platforms and online facilitation tools (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft 365)
  • Experience of mentoring, supervising or leading colleagues
  • Familiarity with analysing feedback or data to improve learning provision
